Trauma therapy
In order to help treat trauma on any level of intensity, I use Internal Family Systems (IFS), sometimes referred to as Parts Work, to help you feel finally unburdened and heal traumatized parts of you that have felt stuck for a very long time.
What is IFS?
Different from talk therapy — a more somatic and meditative way of doing therapy where I, your therapist, help you connect to your inner world, parts inside of you, in a way that maybe you aren’t used to
Get to know that all parts of you have good intentions, even the ones that derail you
Learn how parts of you are merely there to protect you from something more vulnerable or fragile
Rebuild and regain trust between you and these parts of you (as if they are your family members, younger versions of yourself, etc)
You can finally come back in as the all-knowing, compassionate, adult parent your inner child/children always wanted and needed in order to help heal

Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP)
I offer a therapeutic modality called Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) in partnership with an organization called Journey Clinical. Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) is a holistic modality in which ketamine is used as a complement to psychotherapy to help eligible patients experience more frequent breakthroughs and sustained improvement in symptoms. I take on the psychotherapy portion of the experience, while Journey Clinical’s medical team supports you on all medical aspects. This includes determining eligibility, developing a custom treatment plan, prescribing the medicine and monitoring outcomes. Below is more information about KAP to help you navigate if it may be a good fit for you.
Case Consultation
I offer case consultation for any licensed or non-licensed mental health professional looking for support on difficult cases involving sex, non-traditional relationship styles, or any other topics listed under my specialty.
